Come one come all to the big silver hangar at Charters Towers Airport this Saturday 10 Nov 2007.
Visitors are encouraged to come see the gliders launch. Just come through the side gate near the old runway and read the instructions on the sandwich board.
PLEASE DO NOT CROSS RUNWAYS- DRIVE AROUND AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Trial flights are available. $60 covers insurance, temporary membership of GFA and launch costs.
Juniors with a passion for aviation, and aged 15 and above are especially welcome.
