Reiki 1 is a great day and by the end of the course you can give
yourself, friends and family Reiki for the rest of your life! You
also receive a certificate and manual with all the information covered
in the day.
When: Saturday October 6th
Where: Riverway Arts Centre, 20 Village Boulevard Thuringowa, Townsville
Time: 8.50am book in, start 9.00am - 5.30 / 6.00 pm (finish time depends on numbers, classes kept very small)
Investment: $220 total - Send $50 deposit
Bring: pen, paper, pillow, comfy clothes, lunch and a smile (cafe nearby)
Reiki 1 is a beautiful Level that allows you to give yourself and
friends / family Reiki for relaxation, clearing, balance and overall
peace and calm. The abilty to clear the cause of stress and anxiety
allows for a better flow of energy and health around the body.
Reiki 1 starts with a meditation to relax into the day, then we cover
the background of Reiki (so you understand what it is!) We then
discuss how it works, through attunements given to activate extra life
force energy. Importantly you learn how to give yourself a Reiki
treatment, then another person (and swap a treatment in the
afternoon....very relaxing!
So its a fun, informative great relaxing day and you have Reiki with
you for the rest of your life!
Each of the 7 levels of Reiki correspond to one of the 7 main chakras
or energy points on the body. It is an ascension process through the
chakras, highlighting each energy centre and balancing in the heart -
raising the vibration of the individual at each level. This is done
via Attunement's at each level (a specific formula of symbols over
the head and hands). The higher the vibration rate of the body the
faster the body regenerates and recovers from illness.
Information is available on all 7-practitioner levels.

Reiki 2 - highlights the sacral centre, 3 symbols and many tools
learnt
Reiki 3 - highlights the solar plexus, the first out of four
attunements are taught that are used to align someone permanently to
Reiki, and a booster attunement for Reiki 2, 1 symbol learnt
Reiki 4 - highlights the heart, 1 symbol learnt
Reiki 5 -highlights the throat, booster attunements for Reiki 3 & 4
learnt, 1 symbol learnt.
Reiki 6 - highlights the third eye, energy work (symbol learnt in
Reiki 2)
Reiki 7 - highlights the crown, booster attunement for Reiki 5,6,7,
and crown symbol learnt.
So then, all of the practitioner levels create a strong, balanced,
clear energy before doing teacher levels. Reiki 1 is an important
level that allows one to have extra life force energy activated
through touch for the rest of your life.
The benefits of Reiki are infinite and everyone can benefit from
learning Reiki for themselves. The advantage of learning for yourself
is to be able to permanently boost your life force energy that you
walk with day to day and have an even greater supply to access for
bringing greater health to yourself and others – true self
