Yoga Tour

Hi,
This year in June / July I (and 1 fellow yoga teacher) will be touring 'outback' queensland on a 'yoga tour'. The plan is to teach a class in a different town each evening on a zig-zag journey from Cairns to Brisbane.
It will take alot of planning, and was wondering if there is already anyone in Charters Towers that teaches yoga, or is interested that could be my contact there, am willing to cover costs / time. I will need to book a suitable hall and put up a bit of advertising.
We plan to raise money for charity and also make a documentary of the journey.
Looking forward to hearing from any interested parties.

Touring the 'outback' on a 'yoga tour'. sound like a lot of fun.

I do not know of anyone in Charters Towers that teaches yoga. I am sure that someone would.

Off hand i can think of two places you could try to get things started for your visit to Charters Towers.

#1, the hall.
You could try the Charters Towers RSL club for a place to hold the event. Please ask for the manger, Phone 0747872484. Please tell her we sent you if you do.

#2 advertising.
The best place that comes to mind. Our local newspaper, The Northern Miner. Phone 0747871511. Please tell them we sent you if you do. The Northern Miner newspaper publication is displayed each Tuesday and Friday of every week.
